Salmon is now pre-cut before steaming to produce a superior product.  
2. Garlic Butter Sirloin (1-29-20)
For the Sirloin and Seafood promotion, Garlic Butter Sirloin can optionally be served and topped from the Grill Monday through Saturday. However, it MUST be carved Sunday at the Carvery. See additional recipe in the Promotions tab.
